The challenge

1. Lack of creative strategy and emotional brand understanding

CAINTE's marketing was previously driven by logical USPs such as fast delivery, customer service, and Trustpilot reviews. But as a lifestyle and jewelry brand, creating an emotional connection with customers was crucial to strengthening the brand identity and leading potential customers through a natural buying journey.

2. Ineffective testing set-up and lack of structure in advertising

The company tested too many variables simultaneously in their ad manager on Meta and TikTok. There was constant experimentation with different audiences, creatives and messages without having a structured set-up to identify what factors were actually driving sales. This resulted in inefficient allocation of budget and an unnecessarily high burn of the ad budget.

The owner, Mathias, experienced a frustration with a lack of transparency in how the ad budget was spent and which campaigns generated the most profit. Through a creative brief and audience insights, we mapped out how CAINTE's customers related to the brand and what created engagement. The result was a shift in creative strategy from USP-driven communications to brand-building storytelling that appealed to the wishes and aspirations of the client.

Structured finding execution and AI-driven testing

We redesigned CAINTE's ad structure by implementing:

  • Devise and set up Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Devise and set up Display ads.
  • Analyze on results in Google Analytics and optimize setup.
  • Discuss with both your manager, colleagues and customers about the overall strategy and individual campaigns.
  • Report both internally and to customers, so that customers experience transparency and security in their cooperation with us.
